WOW was I pleasantly surprised to see the scale tip in my favor this week but had gained 3 last week so guess it evened out in the end. Still not feeling 100% because of this darn congestion in my head and chest but am very pleased with my efforts finally starting to pay off. WHOO HOO!!! :) Hope all my FS buddies have a pleasing weigh in too!!! Happy Friday everyone!!!
