24 hour fast 90 bikram 4 mile extreme slow jog diet mtn dew 3 mile very slow reservoir run and 5pm superb fusion wirh sue
113.4 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 113.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
