I knew the increase was coming --- my eating has been ridiculous the last two weeks, with exercise being sporadic at best.
That being said, zero regrets about it because the food (while not of the healthy variety) was made by two of the most loved people in my life, and a day will come where I will no longer be able to enjoy their cooking.
Time to get back to those good habits.
