Are you eating the correct foods for your plan? Are you tracking your calories? (Some people need to on Atkins). Are you getting enough veggies? Are you drinking water? Are you being active? The weather is getting nicer, and activity can make a big difference. Tracking also helps you go back on where you can improve your diet (i.e. too much sodium, not enough protein). Are your clothes more loose? Sometimes we lose fat and don't see the scale move.
