Tuesday! We have started pushing our workouts to wakeup at 4:50am. The extra minutes help me get at least 45 solid minutes in. Feeling fit but wish I could drop to 132 or so. Slow and steady. 🤘😎🌻🏋♀️🏃♀️🐢

Thank you Yoga and Crystal, that means a lot ❤ Rick, I do lower body lifting Monday, upper body Tuesday, run Wednesday, lower body Thursday, walk Friday, weekend off. Each day I lift I do 15 mins uphill walking. When I run I do interval sprints not on any timing I just go with what my EDM playlist feels like 🤸♀️😎🤘

That is commitment! Sounds like you do interval training. I love working out! My thing is weightlifting but I do bike, elliptical, and treadmill for the cardio.
