Sorry for the lack of posts recently. My tablet had got worse but I got a phone I can use now. I hadn't been exercising and I had slowly gained some weight back. Also I don't recommend anyone doing ww. I had gotten to 340lbs doing that diet. I had never been that high in weight before and it's an embarrassment. If anyone dies it they'll end up gaining. I had also heard from other people I know and they had gained too. I had never met a diet where I gain weight. The program isn't what it used to be and that's for sure.
337.0 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 177.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

You keep coming back to this app, so why not just use it to log all your food? You have a great community of people who support you, leverage that. You can do this and it doesn’t have to cost you a small fortune like WW.

I agree about WW, though to be fair I do know people who have lost on it. But to me it's illogical...I know they are trying to help you make healthier choices. But calories are calories whether you get them from fruit or junk food. As a vegetarian most of my foods would be zero points but our body burns or sadly stores excess calories whether they come from fruit or potato chips.

AC has great tips. Logging is key! I’ve lost 70 pounds and I still log. I find I don’t eat enough if I’m not tracking. Start with the calories it’s suggests(which most say are high, but it’s a start) and 1 gram of protein per pound of muscle if you have a scale that can tell you. 80% of weight loss is eating, exercise is only 20% so get the eating under control first

Log your food. It doesn't have to be public. When you are ready, show your log. Talk to your doctor about what you are doing & find a nutritionist. My insurance covers it under wellness. Check if yours does. Start small changes. Too much change at once you will want to give up. Excercise is important, but you have to do gentle excercise to build muscles & endurance, save your joints for when you are old like me. 😏 Water aerobics if you have access to a pool. Maybe, a local YMCA? You have to eat the right amount for your age, gender, activity level to lose weight, otherwise your body goes into starvation mode. Lots of success stories here. You'll find the food & excercise plan that works for your lifestyle & body type.
