weight is steady trying to reduce my stress levels . I tried laundering my money today put my wallet in with my washing today ! Surprisingly my cards still worked I thought I was going to save some money other the next days by having to order new cards.

221.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

losing 0.4 lb a week
