Made it to 145. Now I can carefully add a few calories to my meals. I might continue to 140, but I don't want to jeopardize my good health. A conversation with my doc is my next step. As for non-scale measurements, I've had my wedding rings resized AND my glasses had to be tightened up quite a bit. They were falling off my face when I bent over! 😁

Hello BT! Thank you for the follower request. I was frankly surprised as I haven’t been posting lately on FS. I stick with a modified WOE that is mostly WFPB. After gallbladder removal last December, I dropped meat and dairy (high fats) due to the low fat recommendation from the surgeon that was suggested for two weeks. I just kept it up and now ten months later, I m healthier and very happy with my choices. I’m hovering around 150 and goal is 140-145 for now. Bonus is off HBP rx, yea! I gather you are in Europe? I live in Oregon north coast. Hugs 🤗 and keep up the good work!

Chow Moore - I'm in CA, but I love hiking in Italy. I've been studying Italian so that I can talk with the locals when I am there next May.
I too got off the HBP medication when I got down to goal. It seemed that I was dizzy every time I got up too fast. I'm glad to be off it. And my BP is still low!
Thanks for writing back.
