Holding water so eats smoked salmon after drinking water all day I should have just gone for salted fish. Duh.
I think my flu shot given earlier in the week caught up with me last night. Super fatigued, fell asleep on couch and then went to bed at 9, woke up at 6:55 this morning. I don't know that I ever even rolled over. Feel much better today.
No walk, no nothing except smoked salmon last night. The last of which must be consumed today.
Edit: and I screwed up and didn't enter weight. Good enough, it also tracks on the scale and I'm not interested in hanging out at this number.
