Sometimes I feel like crashing and when I have.....I feel guilty and totally unhealthy. Eating healthier foods and snacks make a big difference in you attitude and the way you feel and carry yourself. Maybe you need some sweet alternatives so that you don't feel like you are missing out on all of the stuff we are not supposed to have. I have many sweet alternatives if you are interested in that tend to work for me. I have tried many new low carb recipes so that I don't feel limited to what I can have. Without trying all of these new things, I don't know if I could have come as far as I have. My husband and I feel so much healthier and look so much healthier that we did 6 months ago. Do it for your health, do it for the wonderful feeling you will have each time you see another pound drop off! Do it for yourself....I promise you will feel WONDERFUL and it becomes addicting at the same time. You get to a point where you don't need all of the bad food anymore. If you need a buddy to help push you along....just let me know.
