Considering last week's weigh in was after a 9.4 mile walk and having fasted all morning, I'll take that one as a fluke, and still take today's as progress. My weigh-in two weeks ago was 165.2, so this is still a drop. Its a slow journey, but as long as I'm still on the proper path to my sought destination, I'm okay with it. I'm also further along than where I was last year at this time (not by much, but better than going backwards).
