Nuggets game last night (and they won, which is nice), and I knew it would be tough. Food was a challenge, and no time for exercise. I had a significant calorie surplus, went way over on carbs, and too high on fat. Nevertheless, as I mentioned in the journal, yesterday was an aberration. Today is the true "up" day, even though I came down to get here. I'm not concerned about the weight fluctuation, as my waistline remains steady. That said, I want to keep that waistline shrinking, so today needs to be a calorie deficit.
