It's fluctuation time!
Today I gained more than a pound (since yesterday). Of course, there is no chance that it is all fat - I ate pretty well and well within my limits. Not bothering be at all, other than of course the fact that I like seeing the numbers get LOWER, not higher.
That being said, I will not regard 119.7 as high at all. I have fought to get below 120 for quite a while, and now I am there, and if my new "high weigh-in" is still below 120 kgs, than I am a happy guy! :)
Yesterday, I had a little down time at work. I finally got to surf around here on Fatsecret, and I realized that a lot of people have been commenting on my journals. I just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate the comments. They make me all warm and fuzzy inside, and makes me want to keep going even more. Thanks, everyone. I will try to do better on commenting myself, but sometimes time and life just doesn't allow me to spend the time I really want to on this website.
Anyways, today is another long day. Going to work soon, off at 3 pm and then out to do some rock'n'rolling in a new (old, reformed) band.
