First official day of unemployment and it starts off with a really unhealthy weight drop. I went into the office yesterday morning to drop off my equipment but didn't get out of there until very late in the afternoon -- I must have had about 60 calls and 100 emails/messages to various people across the company that have worked for or with me over the last 18 years. So I missed lunch and was too emotionally exhausted to each much dinner. Anyhow -- had a good nights sleep and feeling much better today. I have 10 days off before starting my new job.
Weight will do some funny things for the next couple days though. I am going to have my first cheat 'day' in 9 months to celebrate leaving my job and my birthday tomorrow - so expect a bit of a mess for the next couple weigh-ins.
