So, I know this weigh in looks like a gained a ton this week. I was doing really well until the weekend. The dreaded weekend, but much hoped-for weekend. I do so well on eating healthy and just eating enough and not overeating through the week. But when I get home with my family for the weekend, I do terribly! Also, I ran out of fruits and veggies and just went to the grocery store last night. But, I am back on track and intend to get back to the 158 by next week. It will take that long. LOL But it seems like I did this every week (before I got pregnant). I am 31 weeks today and go to the doctor today. At my last appointment (2 weeks ago) I was somewhere around 163 with all my clothing on. So, I guess at least I am less than that now. Ugh. I get so discouraged when I get off track but it is so easy with my family and husband always wanting to eat out on the weekends!
