No change today.
I had a great day yesterday, even though I did NOT get to go walking. Right as we were heading out, unexpected guests arrived. So we stayed home and had a good time.
I skipped breakfast yesterday, as we got out of bed late. That gave me some more wiggle room for lunch, which we had at the little local buffet. It is a little tricky to calculate everything there, but I go with what I feel that is safe and that I can handle, and register everything.
Dinner was also simple, as the lunch was fairly big. I did not eat much for dinner, and no snacks at all all day. I think I did really well.
The result is no loss and no gain. That is good enough. I will lose more over the next days.
I am so proud that I am now UNDER 120 kgs - I can really not remember the last time I was this low. I am so damn proud of myself.
Today, the weather is again really nice. It seems like spring is finally arriving in Denmark. I think I will put some new music on my phone, turn on the GPS walking program and head out for a long walk.
Life is good. :)
