199.7 lb Lost so far: 101.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1552 kcal Fat: 57.54g | Prot: 76.16g | Carb: 193.86g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Cream, Kellogg's Special K flatbread - eggs with vegetables & pepper jack cheese. Lunch: Tyson Foods Pork Loin Boneless Country Style Ribs, Coleslaw, Country Crock Homestyle Mashed Potatoes. Dinner: Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rolls, Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Lite, Dole Shredded Lettuce, Great Value Frozen Sweet Peas, Gorton's Fish Sandwich Fillets, macaroni Macaroni and Cheese Entree (Canned). Snacks/Other: Act II Kickin' Jalapeño Popcprn, Duncan Hines Creamy Home-Style Frosting - Cream Cheese, Duncan Hines Classic Carrot Cake. more...
