Moved to low carb, not following it religiously, not writing anything down (but I was on Atkins for several years so I know the drill) was thinking I was gaining, and BOOM I'm down. I drank 6 cups of water yesterday, I don't know if that helped. I joined Noom yesterday, now I'm afraid I won't lose anymore! Silly, right?
