I know where I have been going wrong. I have been running 5km for 4-5 days per week but I need to back it up with nutrition. My eating has not entirely bad but the portions oh boy🤦🏽‍♀️ I am fighting for the motivation but I have to do this.!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
