I have been doing Atkins for 9 months. I have lost 45 lbs. Now I have been on a plateau for 3 months and still have not faltered or given up but....I am totally disgusted right now! I have changed up my exercise routine, added light weights documented all my carbs, calories, etc. The scale will not budge! I am considering trying Jorge Cruise fat belly diet but truly enjoy the atkins diet. I am desperate!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Have you been tracking your calories while on Atkins? At the beginning you could eat a lot more and lose. As you lose weight, many times you need to cut the calories to keep losing. If you are still eating the same calories as in the beginning, you may not be burning off enough to lose. That might be something to try (if you haven't already). If you have lowered your calories and still haven't see a loss, switching diets might help shake things up.

Hi Thank you for your response and suggestion. Actually I have not been counting my calories. I will try that first before switching. I guess I just got to comfortable with the whole low carb thing and totally overlooked the calories. I think I've been pretty good but now I don't know for sure. I am going to figure out what my calorie intake should be and get started on that tomorrow. I guess that is why I should keep a food journal.
