Only swam this week & did my morning kettlebell (10 mins each). Still taking coconut oil, but only once a day in coffee or at night. My clothes feel looser and muscle definition appears to be starting to show. I'm overall happy with what I feel & see even though weight isn't dropping much.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
