Direct result of last night's late feast. I didn't really eat that much, and I have a big box of leftover, but it seems to have stuck with me at the moment. Not hungry this morning, so will skip breakfast since we're meeting friends for lunch and that's soon enough. I'll have three cups of coffee instead. No normal exercise yesterday. played in the pool with my niece for four hours, changed and caught up with friends in the evening, drove, so didn't take the dogs which ended up being a good call because of crowds. We're all learning how to interact with one another again, it's interesting. Yard full of birds this morning. the four hummingbirds seem to be permanent residents since they are in the fountain every morning, hard to get a pic. I may put the feeder back up to build trust with them. I've been letting everyone feed off the flowers in the yard, but I don't mind putting up feeders and it's cheap entertainment for me.
