Slow but steady wins the race. Oh but I wish I could take it off as fast as I put it on! Dream on! Right now I am fighting for every pound, but every pound is worth the fight. Not doing anything heroic as far as dieting; I just feel like I’m not living to eat anymore. And when I do eat, I find myself weighing the consequence of every indulgence; and more times than not, I am choosing the healthier of my options. Hang in there everyone; this is not “mission impossible,” but it ’s not easy. I suppose the more difficult it is, the more I’ll remember how difficult it was to take it off - each time I consider binging. Just rambling on, convincing myself, if nothing else. Toodles!
