I am not too concerned about the gain. I have had at least 9 days of eating well and exercising in the morning. This could be some muscle weight. I am definitely feeling good, so I think its a win.
138.7 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
