Today I started working out again. I wanted to lose 10 pounds first and this app helped me achieve that! Working out is hard when you leave at 715a and get home at 530pm, so I wake up at 545am and get it done! Wish me luck- hoping to do weighs M-W-F and cardio Tues-Thurs.
