Holding steady, both good and bad. Want to hit the 150's so bad. Honestly though, being able to maintain, that's a huge accomplishment! I've always just gained the weight back. So, even though I want to be around 150, I am comfortable where I am. Sure wish AF would show up though, been craving everything imaginable! As soon as that clicks off, I will not be so grumpy LOL :P I hate being hungry all the time. Fruit has been my friend, but so has other things...

Being hungry sucks. Have you tried eating 1 pound of watermelon? You get so full and it's only 144 calories!

Wow I'll have to try that watermelon trick. Sounds good plus extra water. :)

I've been hearing a lot about wheat, and it not being this great thing anymore. I don't eat a lot of it anyways, mainly my bread, those 100 calorie Whole Wheat thins. Will have to buy some watermelon, love it anyways and can buy it in those pre-cut, one pound containers at Walmart! I totally get the not starving yourself. Did that first a few years ago, was only eating one meal a day, and at first it worked,I lost about 20 pounds, but after about a year, I just did not lose anything... then I had an "ah ha" moment and started eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and a few snacks and have lost another 40+ pounds. Now I'm close enough to my goal, it's hard to lose without really working out regularly. That's why I'm not stressing about the last 10+ pounds, but still would like to see the 150's lol.

Hi Christy...thanks for the positive support. I seem to be struggling. even though hubby and i are doing this together I am still at a standstill. Anyway, i am not letting it get me down. I did change my goal weight, though. I just want to get back down to 160! It seems i got there and then the more I tried, I went up again. looking back on my food journal, i did start eating a lot more foods that i should not have and I was consuming them more often....so honestly, i can see where my errors are...Good luck to you, i know you want to get into the 150's...Talk to you soon!

Hey cpmodem, thanks for the input...I understand,I know all calories are not created equally and as we age, the carbs...especially simple ,white processed one are not good for us. Whole, real food, exercise and a great attitude goes a long way...Good luck and thanks again!
