Doing well with the diet and trying to reign in the protein since I'm probably eating a bit too much fat in lieu of the protein. I'm nearly out of my protein supplement so I've been stingy with it. When I get to the store next week I'll balance out the macros. Lifting is going great and I've got 10 more weeks to the end of the challenge. I have about 15 lbs to lose and I am just trying to maintain my strength. It's *really* tough to maintain in a caloric deficit though. So far, not bad. Feeling great and I might finally be over this cold. It's amazing what a cold will do for your energy and mood. Happy to be just about through with it. Have a great weekend all!
