Waist - still 25"
Hips - still 31"
Calipers still read on both hip and underarm - 19.4% body-fat. Most folks estimate 17-18% due to loose skin.
New exercises implemented in the last 2 weeks:
Bulgarian split lunges
Plank twists with 18 lb kettlebell
Curtsie kicks with 15 lb dumbbells
Extended lat pulls with 20 lb resistance band
