I am going to try a spin class today and see how I do. My abdomen is still a little tender. I am happy that I have kept losing weight, but I'm afraid it might just be muscle from no workouts for the past two weeks almost. I haven't been following the EFS menus exactly, but I now know what is appropriate and I'm making good choices and eating smaller more frequent meals. I leave for Vegas one week from today!
9:00 ½ cup blueberries 12:00 6oz FF vanilla yogurt with blueberries and blackberries 3:00 Small salad 6:00 2 veggies and ½ cup beans
Snacks—baby carrots and celery, small amount of almonds, 60 cal jello pudding (caramel)
spin went well...I didn't work as hard as usual and will probably go to the "easier boot camp class" tomorrow. This is hard on me bc I really like to work out. Back to the tough one Monday hopefully.
