I had a good day. I kept my carbohydrates low so I can lose weight. I am finding that my net carbs need to under 50. Just not sure on what it should be.
I thought I was drinking enough water but it seems I need to drink more. I was unable to give blood last night. I was cold too. Not sure why but the phlebotomist commented how cold my hands and arms were.
Slept okay. Woke up at 1 AM and 3:30 AM to go to the bathroom. I am trying to determine when I should stop drinking at night to make sure I sleep through the night.
