I really felt guilty eating granola last night for dinner. It reminded me of why I like carbohydrates so much. All I wanted to do was eat more and more. As I told Joan last night no more granola until I reach my goal weight.
I drank more water yesterday. I brought a Brita water pitcher to my desk and that made it easier to drink water. All I had to do was turn around.
Good day other than too much carbohydrates.
