Not sure what happened, had a little bit of a moderate cheat day with pasta cream and mushrooms.. and a couple of reds.. and after couple of weeks of decent discipline it seems to have jumped off. Hope its not a blip, and the cursory comments around cheats .. may be just true :) Here's praying!!
