Hey, I don't know if this will help, but I've read that it is critical to have a goal in mind (along with some form of reward) in order to stay on track. It was some article on what motivates people to lose the weight, and it said the most successful 'losers' had a very focused goal in their minds that they wanted to achieve. Things like class reunions, beach vacations, family reunions, weddings, or visiting an old friend were some of the biggest motivators. Without one of these, I think it's easier to 'put it off till tomorrow'. Do you have something big coming up that you have to get ready for that will turn the willpower on like a vengence?
