4th day of Extended Fasting.
Compared to my previous 2 EFs, I could exercise at a higher intensity: Walked up & down a 32 storey building twice.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
