〠Well, I'm REALLY mad at myself! AFTER an hour and 40 minute on the treadmill, I decided to take my son on a walk after school today. I hadn't had lunch, but I wasn't feeling bad, just a little shaky. But I was way too ambitious, taking him up and down the hilly sidewalks of our neighborhood. And then BOOM I fell down flat on my knees, elbows, and hands, and skinned them. And now my knee is swollen. Ugh!!!
Great eating day!! Happy face!!!
