Got my food sensitivity test results back and I’m going to be beginning a temporary elimination diet tomorrow before slowly adding moderate sensitivity items back into my diet with the help of my doctor. I have a high sensitivity to gluten, soy, dairy proteins (all dairy), apples, cauliflower, and several food additives (mostly artificial antioxidants and preserves). I have moderate sensitivity to chicken (but eggs are okay for some reason?), cod, haddock, hops, bees, and other food additives. The game plan is to do a detailed IBS and pain tracker (mySymptoms app because I can export a pdf to my doctor) and meet with my doctor to discuss next steps. Cutting out gluten was tough but soy and all dairy products is overwhelming. Wish me luck everyone! I am thankful to begin to have some answers though. ❤️
