16:8 and OMAD feels challenging at times because upon eating some food I’ll feel like eating more and sometimes end up eating some junk food.
Mixing in Extended Fasting to simplify & expedite my fats melting.
166.9 lb Lost so far: 35.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
