I had a good calorie deficit yesterday, and lost almost a pound. That's about what I expected - a little fat loss, and a bit more down-tick correcting the up-ticks after Thanksgiving. The waistline is down again, too. I'm getting back to where I should be. I'll be at 180 by December 14, no doubt in my mind.
I've been listening to motivational speeches by Eric Thomas, the "Hip Hop Preacher" (http://www.youtube.com/user/etthehiphoppreacher) - very inspirational, gets me psyched to just do whatever. All about success at anything. Good stuff.
