Nice drop from yesterday. Slow progress but getting there! There’s a snowstorm going on so today will be spent on the treadmill and taking an obe barre class.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
