At the middle of my weight window so no change in set weight...it's been 102 days (Nov 27th) since my last posted weight, with a highest weight almost 3 pounds over and lowest weight 6 pounds under set weight during that period. Update, I did meet and pass my 2020 yearly cycling goals with: ▪15,575 kms (9,677 miles) rode ▪104,054m (341,385 ft) climbed ▪356 rides and 460 hours on the bike Skiing in the winter, hiking and golf in the summer, round out my major fitness activities with resistance training part of the equation as well, although I usually don't log all resistance training minutes on FS. Finally, still logging every day my intake and expenditures on FS as I am still fearful of losing contact with what has worked to keep me on track since jumping on FS in 2015. Screenshot of Intensity Minutes tracked on Garmin Connect over the last few months...a bit more than the recomended minimum of 150 minutes per week. 😉👍

Akivac...a few tips. Try to use the app as realistically and completely as possible...knowledge is power. Follow successful long term members and learn from their successes and struggles. Take a long term approach and whittle away. Fat loss should be your ultimate goal while preserving as much lean muscle mass as possible, that helps both long term health, quality of life and as a side benefit enhances our appearance...good luck!
