I am doing well. I gained 1.8 lbs on vacation but was able to take it off plus 2 more lbs.
I would like to ask everyone to pray for BarbieDebbie who lives in the Philippines. I pray that she and her loved ones are OK.

HI Louise! This is so heartwarming. Thank you so much. As for me and my family, as we live north of the country we were not affected by the typhoon. But yes, as for my fellow Filipinos in Leyte (Visayas, middle part of the country) who were affected, it was truly heartbreaking. Same goes to my favorite place, Coron Palawan which is so beautiful. But you know the best thing is, the country has very strong faith in God. And so we are all positive to rise up. There were so many donations too pouring out from all countries and we are so grateful. Thank you Thank you Louise for your concern.

I have not been here for a while because I had a full knee replacement done on Dec 3rd but I am back and have managed to lose a pound once all the swelling has gone down. I am soooo glad you are OK. I have prayed for you everyday since the news of the typhoon was on TV. Are you all set for your wedding on the 28th?
