Maintained this week even though I stayed under my calorie budget all week. My macros say I'm eating too many grams of fat though, so this coming week I will be more mindful of the fat content of my food.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
