Not so good this week...I was disappointed on Monday morning when my scale showed I had gained a pound. I quit trying so hard. Hopefully, I'm back on track now! I've decided to start weighing in on Thursday nights after work on the scale at the clinic, which are (I'm hoping!) more accurate than my scale at home. Of course, I wasn't happy to see that I weigh more on the work scale...but, somehow I am thinking that if I would have weighed in 4 weeks ago on that scale, my starting weight would have been higher also! So, although it shows that I've gained a couple pounds back...I don't really think that is accurate! Oh well....such is life, they are just numbers anyway!!

Hope everyone has a fabulous Friday!!

Each scale is calibrated differently, so there may be a difference in weight by a few pounds. It's always best to weigh in with the same scale, at the same day and time in the same clothes each week to get an accurate portrayal of weight loss. If you weigh in every day, expect the scale to go up and down. If you eat too much sodium one day, you might be up 4 pounds the next. It is only water weight and will go away. There are many things that can effect our weight (hormones, medications, exercise (from muscle soreness), sodium, foods we eat and drink all day, et.) Just keep eating and exercising and it will come off.

Beth, you're doing so good. Don't get frustrated with that stuff, although I can totally understand what you're going through. Just keep going and you WILL reach your goal. I'm excited for you that your trying to get healthy! It's not an easy journey, but it's deffinately worth it! Have a great day Beth! Love ya!
