Kale chips late last nite. inadequat sleep. meds taken as planned. 2.5 hrs sleep last nite (this AM). Yest AM. Burger, salsa. PM - Chicken and spinach. 5:49AM 21 units HCG. If not a substantial weight loss tomorrow, will do an apple day. Will use the weekend to work in exercise! This, as well as drinking enough water and adequate sleep is key to my success! studying for boards.
No BM in 3 days. Will get some magnesium today! Will accept new job, but will need 1 week with the UITIC.
