off of my woe/wol last night and I paid for it with acid reflux and weight gain & just plain YUCK :-( Well this morning I had good breakfast and did eat another cookie but I didn't eat/drink the rest of the 'stuff' and I am going to get back into the swing of things. We (friends) are going out to lunch today, but I already decided what I will have and it is just the plain chicken with veggie sides and keep on keeping on my plan. Tomorrow I return to Dukan attack phase and get down to where I want to be. I also start a new challenge here tomorrow "Sassy Positive Vibes 4 Spring". I"m not much of a challenge joiner but I hope this one will help get me back into feeling positive about myself & my outlook. I have to do this for ME! Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
