Starting to use this app just for weight records, my body seems to like the poundage I’m at, I’ve been stuck at the same weight for 2 years, it may be time to listen to my body instead of try to change it

It's all about finding a balance between health, aesthetics and happiness. I'd love to have under 15% body fat but I'd have to sacrifice too much (food! pleasure from food!) to get there and I suspect it would be unsustainable. 18-25% seems to be a range where it looks good, is more sustainable, and allows sanity/peace of mind/happiness. Some people can maintain lower than that and not go crazy, but it depends on what you're starting with.
