well I'm starting back fresh today I've had a bad year-and-a-half my mother passed away September of nineteen my father passed away March 20 so I've had a really really bad ear and a half then the holidays came and that was it good but I'm back on track now and I'm going to start fresh this morning hope everyone has a safe day

That is how to do it. 2020 had so much loss, personal and beyond that it was hard to keep on track with food and exercise. This is a good time for a fresh start.
