Trying out a higher calorie goal, spoke with a nutritionist and they said I may be in starvation mode. let’s see if that makes a difference!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 143.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1200 to 1700 is a solid number of calories to eat if you want to lose weight. I lost 8 lbs In 6 days lol
