yippee, IT is creeping down again! Whew, finally... and to think I ALMOST went out yesterday, last night & was planning on my day cheat with a box of chocolates, liquor, carrot cake (not really a cake person but love the icing), maybe a pizza and other ut oh, no no nonfoods, oh my goodness I am so thankful I remained strong and kept with my woe/wol. Oh gee, so I guess no "goodies" for me today! HA, just remember JMA (I talk to myself alot), these so called "goodies" are NOT good for you/me! Hope ALL is well in FS-Land and take care to ALL.
