"Stuck" around the same two pound range for the past three weeks... while down 15+ pounds from where I started, time to make a "push" this week (increase exercise, reduce what off task snacking that remains)and break through 190. Still very happy with where I am just wanted to get onto my goal weight!
191.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
